The timeline pauses while WUUUF waits for replacement photographs, missing information or customer approval. Carrier delays can also extend delivery.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact WUUUF immediately. Changes are normally possible before the 3D model is approved. After approval and production start, the item has entered individual manufacture and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns for personalised products
Made-to-order personalised goods are generally treated differently from standard products under EU distance-selling rules and may be exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. This does not remove legal rights where the item is faulty, damaged or not supplied as agreed.
Damage or an incorrect item
Photograph the outside of the parcel, internal packaging and sculpture as soon as it is opened. Contact WUUUF promptly with the order number and images. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
Approved model versus physical sculpture
Small differences caused by physical material, colour batches, lighting, screen display and production tolerances are not automatically defects. A material discrepancy in the approved personalisation, size or agreed product should be reported.
