Terms of service

1. Operator and scope

WUUUF is a trading name used by MB Prospectors, company code 305576113, VAT No. LT100015406013, registered office at Kontininkų g. 22A-3, LT-00171 Palanga, Lithuania. These Terms of Service apply to the WUUUF website, personalised products, orders and related services.

2. Personalised product

WUUUF creates made-to-order pet sculptures from photographs and instructions supplied by the customer. The customer selects the available size, colour, quantity and name and receives a digital 3D preview for approval before physical production.

3. Orders and payment

Product characteristics, available options and the total price are shown before payment. Consumer prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any valid discount are shown before the order is submitted. An order is accepted when WUUUF issues an order confirmation, subject to payment authorisation and the ability to fulfil the personalisation lawfully and safely.

4. Your photographs and instructions

You confirm that you have the right to provide the photographs and other material used for the order and that your instructions are accurate. You grant MB Prospectors a limited licence to process that material only as needed to create, review, produce, deliver and support your order, subject to the Privacy Policy. WUUUF may request replacement or additional photographs if the material supplied is not sufficient for responsible modelling.

5. Model review and approval

The preview is your opportunity to review the pet’s recognisable proportions and features, the requested name and the main design choices. Please identify any material issue before approval. Physical manufacture may produce reasonable differences in surface texture, matte colour, very small details, lighting appearance and other normal production tolerances. Approval does not remove your mandatory rights if the delivered product is not in conformity with the contract.

6. Production and delivery

Physical production begins after approval. The current estimate is confirmed during the order process after the destination and usable photo material are known. The schedule pauses while WUUUF waits for missing information, replacement photographs or approval and may change because of production or carrier conditions. We deliver within the period shown or otherwise agreed for the individual order and within mandatory legal limits.

7. Changes, cancellation and withdrawal

Use the inquiry form as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes are normally easier before model approval and production. Because each sculpture is made to the customer’s specifications and is clearly personalised, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply. This personalised-goods exception does not affect mandatory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not delivered or otherwise not supplied as agreed.

8. Problems and legal guarantee

If an item arrives damaged or does not match the agreed personalisation, use the inquiry form promptly and include the order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law. Mandatory EU and Lithuanian conformity rights, including the legal guarantee applicable to consumer goods, are not limited by these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or malicious content, misuse another person’s personal data, interfere with the store or attempt unauthorised access. WUUUF may refuse or cancel an order that cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled and will handle payment consequences in accordance with applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

The WUUUF name, site design, original copy, graphics and production assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your rights in photographs and other material you lawfully provide remain yours. Purchasing a sculpture does not transfer WUUUF’s underlying production methods, site assets or unrelated intellectual property.

11. Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may use payment, hosting, production and delivery providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Nothing in this section reduces MB Prospectors’ responsibilities to you under mandatory consumer law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, MB Prospectors is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for delay caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, while remaining responsible for obligations imposed by mandatory law.

13. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. Please submit a complaint through the WUUUF inquiry form first so we can try to resolve it. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania or another competent consumer body.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. For questions about these Terms or an order, use the WUUUF inquiry form or write to the registered office stated above.
