WUUUF is a small studio from Lithuania, founded by Agne. It makes one particular dog at a time — never a breed template.
Why WUUUF
Dogs have always been an essential part of Agne's life. WUUUF is how she shares that love with people who feel the same: a small sculpture that looks like one particular dog — the folded ear, the asymmetry, the way they look at you — not like a perfect example of a breed.
Every WUUUF starts from your photos and is made only after you approve your dog's model.

We collect orders for a short window, prepare each dog's model with their person, then produce the approved models together.

Will it look like my dog?
Will it really look like my dog — or like 'a French bulldog'?
Like your dog. We model from your photos, not from a breed template: the folded ear, the crooked sit, the slightly-too-big head all stay. You see the model from several angles before anything is made, and you can ask for changes.
Is this just an AI render printed out?
No. AI helps us prepare images and a first draft. Then a person corrects the model against your photos — proportions, ears, paws on the base — and you approve it. Nothing goes to production that you haven't seen and said yes to.
What if I don't like the model?
Tell us what's off and we change it. You approve a specific version; until then, nothing is made.
Photos
My dog is fluffy / long-haired / very dark. Will that work?
Yes, but we'll shape the silhouette of the coat rather than every single strand. Dark dogs need photos in good daylight so we can see the face. Send a few; we'll tell you honestly what we can do before modelling.
Do I need photos before I order?
No. Send them after ordering — we contact you to collect them. Best: a clear front, both sides and the back. A top view and close-ups of special features help.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to make your WUUUF. We never post them without separate permission, and you can ask us to delete them once your order is done.
The WUUUF itself
Which size should I choose?
Think about the spot, not the dog. 10 cm (about 115 g) sits by a monitor; 12 cm (about 190 g) owns a shelf; 16 cm (about 350 g) is the one guests pick up. All heights include the 2 cm base.
How heavy is it?
Roughly 115 g at 10 cm, 190 g at 12 cm and 350 g at 16 cm — estimates that depend on your dog's shape. It's a decorative display piece, not a toy.
What are copies?
Extra WUUUFs of the same dog model, same size — each in its own colour if you like. No new photos, no new modelling, so every copy costs less. A different dog is its own WUUUF.
Ordering & delivery
Why pre-order and batches?
We make WUUUFs in small batches so every model gets proper attention. You order during the window, approve your model, and the whole batch goes into production together.
When will it arrive?
We confirm your estimated delivery date by email when your model is ready for approval. Batches are produced together, so the date is the same for everyone in your batch.
How much is delivery?
Lithuania: €5.99, free from €40. Everywhere else we ship: €16, free when your items total €150 or more after set savings. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
What do I get with Batch #1?
Your WUUUF — and a free keychain with your dog's name on the front and the WUUUF logo on the back, one per dog in your order.
Can I return it?
It's made for your dog, so the usual 14-day return doesn't apply to personalised items. If it arrives damaged or doesn't match the model you approved, we fix it. Changes or cancellation are normally possible before you approve your 3D model; once it is approved and production starts, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Can I order for a dog who has passed?
Yes. Older, fewer or blurry photos can work. We review them carefully, tell you honestly what's possible and go at your pace. Tick “in memory” and our messages stay gentle.
Can I give a WUUUF as a gift?
Yes — with a gift card. The recipient picks the size and colours and sends their own photos, so no secret photo-borrowing.

Some WUUUFs are made for dogs who are no longer here. The process is the same, but we take it slower — and we'll never rush you to decide or approve anything.
We look before we model
We review your photos carefully and tell you honestly what's possible. If something's missing — the other side of the face, the tail — we'll ask gently.

You approve the model only when you're ready. Take your time looking at it — changes are part of the process, not a bother.

Their name is recessed into the front of the base, accents and all. Nicknames are welcome.
Finding photos
A few places people forget to look:
- Your phone's search: type “dog” in your photos app
- Videos — a paused frame can show the side or the back
- Family chats, and friends who looked after them
- Old social media posts and cloud backups
- The vet or groomer, if they took photos

Choosing a colour and size
There's no right answer. Colours people often choose for a memorial WUUUF:

Giving one to someone who lost their dog
You can order a memorial WUUUF as a gift and send the photos yourself. If you'd rather not ask them for photos, family members or friends often have some. Until a dedicated gift option exists, just order as usual with your own contact details.

What if I only have a few photos?+
Send what you have. We'll review them and tell you honestly whether a model is possible, and what else might help. We won't start modelling on a guess.
Will you contact me a lot?+
Only when something needs you: to confirm photos, and to review your model. With “in memory” ticked we keep messages short and gentle.
Can I take my time approving?+
Yes. Nothing is made before you approve a model version. If your batch closes before you're ready, your WUUUF can move to a later batch (details confirmed before pre-orders open).
Can I add dates or a message?+
For now the base carries their name only. If we add dates or short messages later, we'll say so here.

Photos
Why do you need four photos?
A three-dimensional model needs information from every side. Four consistent angles reduce guessing and make the silhouette more faithful.
What if my photos are not good enough?
The product page checks basic technical quality before payment. If the artist later needs one specific missing detail, WUUUF contacts you before modelling continues.
Can I use old photos for a pet who has passed away?
Yes. Use the clearest set you have. Memorial orders may not contain four perfectly matched angles, so we review the available material individually and explain what can be represented faithfully before production.
The 3D model and likeness
Is this a generic breed model?
No. The model is built from the individual pet in your photos. Breed knowledge can help interpret anatomy, but it never replaces the pet-specific references.
Will I see the model before production?
Yes. We send a 3D preview for your approval, and production starts only after you approve it.
Can I request changes?
Yes, during the approval stage. Point to the concrete feature that feels wrong — ears, muzzle, body proportions, tail or pose — so the review is specific.
Product and production
Which size should I choose?
6 cm is a compact keepsake, 10 cm is the most balanced and popular size, and 15 cm is the strongest interior statement.
What material and printing technology do you use?
The launch collection is produced as a single-colour matte 3D print in PLA or PLA+, using an FDM process tuned for the approved model and selected size. Supports are removed and every sculpture is surface-checked before packing.
Will the colour match my screen exactly?
No screen can reproduce a physical matte colour perfectly. Small differences are normal because displays, lighting and production batches vary.
Timing, delivery and problems
How long does it take?
We confirm the current estimate after the destination and usable photo material are known. The schedule pauses while we wait for missing information or approval and may change because of production or carrier conditions.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel and sculpture immediately and contact WUUUF. We review transit damage and arrange the appropriate solution for the personalised item.
Can I return a personalised sculpture?
Personalised goods are generally treated differently from standard goods under EU distance-selling rules. This does not remove your rights when a product is faulty, damaged or not supplied as agreed. Read Shipping & Returns for the current policy.
