Will I see the model before it is made?

Yes. You approve the 3D model before production starts. This is the moment to tell us if an important detail does not feel right.

What if the first model does not look enough like my pet?

Tell us which features feel wrong. We review the photos and model before production. The approval step exists to resolve likeness concerns while changes are still possible.

What happens if the photos pass here but are still not enough?

Technical checks catch low resolution, extreme exposure and blur. Our team also reviews whether the pet and pose are usable. If a specific detail is missing, we contact you before modelling continues.

Why does my pet need to stay in one pose?

Four consistent angles let us understand the body as one three-dimensional shape. Large movements between photos make proportions and limb positions harder to reconstruct accurately.

What material and production technology do you use?

The launch collection is produced as a single-colour matte 3D print in PLA or PLA+, using an FDM process tuned for the approved model and selected size. We remove supports, inspect the surface and quality-check every sculpture before packing.

What if it arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging and sculpture immediately and contact us. We review transit damage and arrange the appropriate replacement solution for the personalised item.
