Standing and sitting are the two poses we can recreate most consistently. We can also try a lying pose, but hidden or overlapping body parts make the result harder to guarantee.

A few clear memories are enough to begin.

Upload at least two clear photos. They do not need to show the same moment or every side. More angles and close details help us understand the features that made your pet unmistakably yours.

  • Choose the clearest full-body photo first.
  • Add another photo that reveals the face, ears, coat, tail or body shape.
  • We assess the material honestly and send a 3D preview before production.

A second sculpture uses the same approved 3D model, so the set price is lower. The colour can be different.

Will I see the model before it is made?

Yes. You approve the 3D model before production starts. This is the moment to tell us if an important detail does not feel right.

What if the first model does not look enough like my pet?

Tell us which features feel wrong. We review the photos and model before production. The approval step exists to resolve likeness concerns while changes are still possible.

What happens if the photos pass here but are still not enough?

Technical checks catch low resolution, extreme exposure and blur. Our team also reviews whether the pet and pose are usable. If a specific detail is missing, we contact you before modelling continues.

What material and production technology do you use?

The launch collection is produced as a high-detail, single-colour matte resin print using SLA/MSLA technology. We remove supports, finish the surface and quality-check every sculpture before packing.

What if it arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging and sculpture immediately and contact us. We review transit damage and arrange the appropriate replacement solution for the personalised item.
